Hitoshi Motohara

Mr. Motohara joined Chandler Macleod in 2015 as chairman when Chandler Macleod became a part of Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd. Headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, Recruit is currently the fifth largest staffing firm in the world. Mr. Motohara is a managing corporate executive officer of Recruit Holdings, responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand Recruit’s business internationally. Mr. Motohara joined Recruit Holdings in 1983, beginning his career with the company as a sales and marketing associate and rising to position of CEO of Recruit Media Communications. In 2003, he became CEO of Recruit Staffing and began expanding the company’s staffing operations. In 2008, Mr. Motohara became CEO of Staff Services, the number one staffing firm in Japan, following Recruit’s acquisition of the company. He is a graduate of Hiroshima Shudo University School of Law in Japan, served for two years as the President of Japan Staffing Services Association and has been named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ list of the top 100 most influential people in the staffing industry.
Shinya (Shin) Yamamoto
CHIEF CORPORATE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
Shin Yamamoto joined Chandler Macleod Group in 2015 following the successful acquisition of Chandler Macleod by Recruit Holdings Ltd. Shin joined the Group as a board of director, responsible for implementation of the Unit Management as an integration manager. In his previous role, Shin was responsible for Recruit’s strategic global expansion in staffing business via M&A. Shin is a graduate from Doshisha University,and started his career as Recruitment Manager in Staff Service Group in 2004, one of the largest staffing firms in Japan. During this time he was heavily involved in strategic planning in recruitment and sales analysis. After the acquisition of Staff Service Group by Recruit in 2008 , Shin gained significant exposure to Recruit’s business philosophy “Unit Management”. In this role he had responsibility for the operation in the western area of Japan.
Daman Patterson
CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER
Daman Patterson is the head of People & Culture for Chandler Macleod Group. Since joining the Perth branch of Ready Workforce in 2002 (now our Staffing Services business), Daman has built a successful career with Chandler Macleod. Commencing in frontline service roles, Daman has subsequently managed a range of operational, change, sourcing, training and human resources functions and assignments for the Group within our Staffing Services, Managed Services and Corporate divisions.
Prior to joining Chandler Macleod, Daman enjoyed a career in operations management with McDonald's Australia, running multiple franchise and company operations. During this time, he managed large labour-intensive service operations with a focus on performance, quality, service, safety and productivity through people, process improvements, systems, leadership development and cultural change.
Daman has extensive knowledge and insight of the Chandler Macleod Group business and a track record of delivering successful, targeted and pragmatic people solutions that unleash the potential of our people and deliver tangible benefits for our customers and shareholders.
Tania Sinibaldi
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER, STAFFING SERVICES
Tania Sinibaldi is the head of Staffing Services for Chandler Macleod Group. Prior to her current appointment, Tania was the General Manager Staffing Services for the region of Western Australia, South Australia and Northern Territory. Tania joined Chandler Macleod over 8 years ago, and is responsible for strategic and operational leadership within the region.
Tania has over 18 years experience in the Recruitment Industry. Over that time she has grown and managed delivery teams, implemented a range of specialist recruitment strategies, developed innovative solutions to problems and consistently delivered outcomes based contracts.
