An established financial institute that offers a wide range of products and services for both corporate and consumer clients will be rolling out its LIBOR initiative for APAC operations. This is a 1-year contract role where we are seeking for an experienced LIBOR Program Manager who has in-depth understanding of APAC financial to join their team. To be successful in this role, the Program Manager must be able to work with cross-functional stakeholders from both APAC and HQ with solid understanding of LIBOR and its industry implications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will lead the LIBOR Transition Programme for APAC operations - overseeing the transition delivery progress, maintain governance arrangements, coordination of LIBOR with the APAC and Global Operations
  • Provide HQ with APAC governance arrangements and support the APAC business with program transition
  • Support internal & external stakeholders regards to LIBOR queries and provide stakeholders with project overview and handle all incoming inquiries
  • Work within country governance on regulatory & industry benchmark for APAC region
  • Partner with Global Operations and HQ in strategising LIBOR initiatives for APAC operations
  • Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders in APACC and HQ to execute successful project

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of experience in banking program management with at least 3+ years of experience in LIBOR program management
  • Solid understanding of LIBOR and its implications in the industry
  • Knowledge in financial or banking regulations, legislations in APAC
  • Exceptional project management skills and experience in global project management within banking or financial industry
  • Keen to commit for 1 year contract

Successful candidate will be offered 1 year contract with 14 days annual leave, 14 days medical leave and medical insurance coverage
