This global advertising and digital media platform is now hiring a Language Expert to localise and translate content in Urdu. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 4 years experience in language related role in a global organisation with strong interest in technology/social media. You should be able to provide linguistics and cultural expertise for the market and able to work in Singapore.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain quality content, user interface, long-form text and other digital based content
  • Localise, translate and edit a variety of communications, messages and text
  • Ensure linguistics and culture sensitive information being measured efficiently - you will need to ensure the content will be relevant and fit the audience
  • Maintain strong relationship with external vendors and work collaboratively with partners

REQUIREMENTS:

  • You should have at least 4+ years professional language, translation, linguistics experience in a global or large scale MNC
  • Fluency in Urdu and English as you will be required to localise and translate content for Urdu speaking market
  • Exceptional project management skills and able to work in fast-changing, results-oriented environment
  • Available on immediate or short notice and based in Singapore
  • Keen to commit for 1-year contract

Successful candidate will be offered 1-year contract with 15-days annual leave, 14-days medical leave and medical insurance coverage
