Join one of the oldest and established financial services brands as a Data Administrator today. We are looking for a highly meticulous, self-driven and an experienced Administrator preferably with experience in banking or financial services to take up this temporary role. Working within a fast-paced team, you will be required to clean-up data and retrieving information in orderly manner. If you are able to join on immediate basis and keen to commit for 4-months contract, this could be for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Retrieve of documentation in orderly and timely manner
  • Ensure all documents being stored in library
  • Update, organise and prepare documents required for the business
  • Track daily progress and ensure daily targets are met

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year experience in Data Processing, Data Administration preferably in banking or financial services industry
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel
  • Strong communications skills, able to work under pressure and manage large volume of task simultaneously
  • Available on immediate basis and keen to commit for 4 months contract
