Account Manager

  • Contract role until December 2021

The Opportunity
We are looking for an innovative Account Manager to further inspire our clients and agency partners to deliver digital content of tomorrow and beyond. This role will be part of a design-savvy team who is developing digital content (e.g. stories, videos, infographics, sales scripts, and interactive tools) to enable remote and online learning as well as classroom-based skills building.
Responsibilities include:

  • Day to day contact for stakeholders and in-house agency
  • Strive to better client and stakeholder relations
  • Handle all aspects of client projects from planning through to delivery
  • Help streamline production flow


Your Background

  • Proven working experience as an Account/Project Manager, with at least 3 years of agency environment experience
  • High level of IT literacy, including usage of spreadsheets and Agile Project Management such as Asana tools and or Teams
  • Strong time and project management skills
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, customer-focused, proactive and possess excellent communication skills with a clear understanding of regional challenges
  • Production agency experience or in-house role experience in a creative department would be an advantage
  • Fluent oral and written English communication skills is essential; other additional languages desirable
