At Chandler Macleod, we take a vendor-neutral approach to identifying the assessments most suited to your needs; whether they are developed by our in-house team of Registered Psychologists or from the broad range of market leading assessment suppliers and tools that we work with. Therefore, you get assessments that are tailored to the role and your company–not a one size fits all approach.

  • Convenience. Subscribing to Assessment Gateway gives you online access to your tailored assessment solutions. Assessment Gateway also enables you to manage, track and schedule assessments for different roles using one convenient online log in – any where, any time. Assessment Gateway is a seamless candidate assessment experience as they only need to log in once for their assessment even if it is comprised of more than one vendor’s assessment tool.

  • Automated reporting. For your high volume psychometric assessment requirements, commonly used for unskilled and semi skilled roles, reporting can be automated and emailed to you direct as soon as candidates complete their assessments.

  • 24/7 local support. Assessment Gateway is proudly made in Australia. Subscription includes ongoing technical and service support at all hours of the day, seven days a week.

  • Ability to be used in conjunction with Premium and Blended Assessments. The psychometric component of Premium and Blended Assessments, assessments for executive, management and specialist roles, can be administered using Assessment Gateway. Other practical exercises and analysis are facilitated by one of Chandler Macleod’s Registered Psychologists.
